In response to the crisis caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, the Upstate Foundation has established a fund to provide support for Upstate Medical University employees with unmet needs such as, child care, elder care, and food; including food for employees needing to stay in area hotels to avoid exposing family to the virus.

“We want to support our employees during this difficult and challenging time,” said Upstate Vice President for Development Eileen Pezzi, MPA. “By contributing to this fund, the Upstate community and the greater Central New York community can provide direct support to those working on the frontlines of this pandemic. Any and all support is helpful to putting minds at ease so they can focus on their important work for the community.”
