Each fall, the Upstate Foundation hosts its signature event which has raised over $11 million to impact patient care, education, research, and community health and well-being. 

Our 2026 Gala will be a celebration of 50 years of philanthropy of the Upstate Foundation, and as we look to the future, proceeds will benifit medical innovation and technology to improve effectiveness, efficiency and quality of patient care through our people, process and product.
