50 years of service. Countless lives impacted.

It’s hard to believe, but 2026 marks the 50th anniversary of the Upstate Foundation. That’s 50 years of fulfilling our multi-faceted mission of being a catalyst for patient care at Upstate University Hospital, educating future health care professionals through Upstate’s four colleges, conducting scientific research and implementing community health initiatives across Central New York…and now reaching into the North Country and Southern Tier!

A heartfelt thank you to ALL who have contributed to our legacy, helping to build momentum for the next 50 years: we are deeply appreciative of YOU! Full news release…
