Power of Us Spring Employee Giving Program

Through the Upstate Foundation and its Power of Us spring annual employee giving program, your gift can bring the Upstate mission to life and help fund patient care, education and research, which positively impacts community health and well-being. 

2024 new match opportunity

Your impact can be even greater! The Upstate Foundation is providing $5,000 in matching gift funds to Power of Us donors. For first-time donors, your entire gift will be matched up to $1,000 until we reach the $5,000 total. If you are an existing donor, any increase from your previous year’s gift will be matched.

Wall of honor

Faculty members who make a gift or pledge to the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Fund (CAMH) of $1,500 or more will be featured on the Faculty Wall of Honor. Other employees who make a minimum $300 gift or pledge to the CAMH Fund will be featured on the Employee Wall of Honor. Both donor recognition walls will be prominently displayed in one of the Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences buildings.

You can support Upstate Medical University in a way that is meaningful to you by donating to Power of Us. The annual employee giving program allows you to donate directly to any Upstate Foundation fund – there are over 1,200 funds representing all areas of Upstate's mission of patient care, education and research, and 100 percent of your donation goes to the fund(s) that you can choose.

1. CHOOSE A FUND that is meaningful to you. Search online using fund search.

2. SELECT THE PAYMENT method that is most convenient for you: cash, check, credit card or payroll deduction.

Please note for payroll deduction: each pay period, the designated amount is automatically withdrawn from your paycheck ($5.00 minimum per pay period) and your payments will continue until the Upstate Foundation is notified to make changes to the designation or to cancel the deduction.
