Grateful patients

At Upstate Urology, our mission is not only to provide the very best care for our patients, but also to advance the science that leads to tomorrow’s breakthroughs; our doctors are pushing forward cancer research.

One example is a recent study that included more than 18,000 tumors from patients with advanced prostate cancers. By performing special genetic testing, our researchers can now identify potential new treatments for patients.

Martha Papworth O'Neill Cancer Research Endowment (69405): To support renal cancer research in the Department of Urology.
Prostate Cancer Care and Research Fund (39430): To support prostate cancer patient care, research and education at Upstate.
