Radiothon features live radio broadcasts in partnership with iHeartMedia (NewsRadio 570 WSYR and Y94) along with CNY Central, to help sick and injured children at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. Your sponsorship will be recognized on live radio and TV to an audience of thousands during Radiothon, and on the Upstate Foundation’s event landing page.

Upstate Foundation's two-day Radiothon for Kids raises $221,906

The Upstate Foundation’s Radiothon for Kids raised $221,906 in two days of fundraising, thanks to hundreds of community donations. The radiothon was held Feb. 11 and 12. Nearly 1,400 donors contributed to the Radiothon.

"We are deeply grateful for the incredible generosity shown by our Central New York community during this year’s Radiothon for Kids. We raised $221,906 in just two days, all of which will directly support children and families in need at Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. This outpouring of support ensures that our most vulnerable patients have the resources they need—whether it’s meals, transportation, or access to critical technology,” said Danielle Bright of the Upstate Foundation.

Radiothon for Kids has raised funds that support unmet needs like meals and gas cards for families with hospitalized children, car seats when needed, comfort items, distraction toys, new equipment, and items for the Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital Child Life Program– iPads, Chrome books, kiddie transport vehicles, and so much more.

Since Radiothon began in 2003, the event has raised more than $2 million for Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital.
