2017 APRV Workshop

This 2-day workshop offers didactic lectures by nationally/internationally recognized speakers and hands-on experience with the application of Airway Pressure Release Ventilation (APRV). Lectures include an overview of alveolar mechanics, mechanistic causes of lung injury, histopathologic analysis, APRV settings, weaning APRV and case studies. Hands-on workshops include case scenarios setting and adjusting APRV, working with uninjured and injured test lungs and laboratory models. Interactive question and answer sessions will be included throughout the two days with presenters and participants. See event flyer below for details.
